Munch on Fenugreek seeds:

Soak a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in clean water overnight. In the morning, drain off the water and munch on the seeds. They might taste slightly bitter to begin with, then slowly and pleasantly sweeten as you chew. According to ancient Indian healers, fenugreek is “warm” in nature, which makes it helpful in healing your joints. Cold is not good for joints and fenugreek helps to fight it.

Drink more water:

Water has a lot of benefits for the body. Among the lesser-known benefits of drinking more water is that it softens cartilage and keeps it hydrated. Water helps you to preserve an adequate blood volume so that nutrients can move about through your blood and into your joints. It also shifts waste away from your joints, making lessening the likelihood for them to ache.

Eat More Onions:

They are a well-known anti-inflammatory food. They include phytochemicals that improve your immune system. The sulfur compounds in onions slow down the enzymes that trigger pain. A study confirms that fresh onions have an analgesic effect comparable to that of morphine.

Knee-Massage

Massage the joint:

A gentle massage with warm oil appeases inflammation, improves circulation and relaxes your muscles. As a result, your joints feel better, too. A tried-and-tested home remedy for knee pain in households is to heat two tablespoons of mustard oil, along with a whole clove of garlic (which is also known for its inflammation-fighting properties).  When the oil is still hot but not scalding, start massaging your aching knees with it. It brings instant relief.

Try a simple yoga pose.

For tennis elbow, bhujangasana or the Cobra pose works well. This asana helps stretch out your aching elbows, and also opens up inflexible muscles in the shoulders and back. If your knees hurt, weight-bearing exercises can make things worse. So, gentle yoga exercises can help you a lot in this aspect. Yoga has various benefits so it should help you in other aspects of maintaining your health as well.
