SapientNitro has come up with a novel solution to stop smokers from smoking, an anti-smoking app that relies on the human nature of being affected by what has happened to oneself, something which does not happen when we see others’ pain and misery.
Their new app, Lungs, actually projects a visual representation of the lungs of someone who is smoking. The user is asked to out in his or her data, how many times he or she has smoked and for how long, and after that a visual picture is projected which is supposed to be an exact representation of the actual lungs. A non-smoker would be shown healthy lungs while a smoker would be shown dirty ones, based on the smoking data.
