Psoriasis (2)

Psoriasis is a difficult scalp disease to treat. Individuals affected by it have often complained that it never goes away completely and keeps recurring. To combat this irritating disease, you should first start following a hygienic hair care routine. Wash your hair at least thrice a week with lukewarm water and try to keep your scalp clean. Massage two table spoons of olive oil on your scalp and leave it on overnight. Wash your scalp in the morning.

Another easily available ingredient for fighting scalp irritation is lemon juice. Lemon juice reduces dandruff problems, which is often a major reason behind itchy scalp. If dandruff is not the main problem you are concerned about then dilute the lemon juice with water before applying on scalp. You may also mix lemon juice with yogurt and apply it on the scalp. After a while wash your hair and scalp with a gentle shampoo.

 Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar can also be used in case of itchy scalp. It is another dandruff deterrent. Mix apple cider vinegar with water and keep it aside. Follow a healthy diet and make milk and veggies a part of your meals.
