Diabetes is a disease cause due to metabolic disorders in human body. Inadequate insulin production in human body may be the cause of this disease. Secondly, Human body cells may not respond properly to insulin.A diabetic patient can have both the problems. Sometimes Genetic Mutation can be the cause of this harmful disease.Another type of diabetes called Gestational diabetes may develop during pregnancy. Gestational diabetes fades away usually after delivery or with the aid of a short medical treatment. This disease damages blood vessels and leads to complex diseases like heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, blindness, dental disease, and amputations. But nothing to worry about this disease, as, many hi-tech treatments has been invented recently. Diabetes and the associated diseases can be under control or may be prevented with the aid of Few Exercises at Home combine with proper clinical guidance.
Exercise Time:-
Timing for exercise should be fixed and regular to get the highest effectiveness. Initially one can exercise for 15-20 minutes a day for 4-5 days a week. Gradually the timing should be increased according to the flexibility level of the body, from 30 minutes to 60 minutes even.
Simple walk:
Generally 15-20 minutes sincere walk or approx. 5,000-7,000 steps a day walk (gradually to be increased to 10,000 steps), is an amazing exercise. Early morning walk in the Lawnor terrace at home is an excellent idea. If not possible, evening walk is also relaxing and effective.
Simple movement:-
Slow and simple movements (like rotation, up and down) of several body parts and joints like ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, waists, neck etc. would increase flexibility to go for advance exercises to shred and burn more calories and feel fit for all day long.
Household activities:-
We simply overlook the Household activities. The household activities like sweeping, moping, washing utensils or cloths, cooking, taking care of kids and their demands are really calorie consuming exercises.
Motivation:-
We should reward ourselves when we do better than the previous day’s practice. It is a motivating factor to improve the next day’s practice. This is a “Stress Relief Process” as well. When exercise session starts, negligible improvements are noticeable. Then, sincere practice sets goals in bits and pieces in our mind. When we start reward ourselves we feel relieved that we have at least achieved our goal.
Stress provokes diabetic symptoms. Exercise helps to lead a stress free, Diabetes Free, active, happy, focused and successful life.
