Anxiety is common in all age group. Whether its kids and adults or the teenagers. It doesn’t seek permission before getting into your mind. The most targeted one is the school going children who deal with anxiety issues in their everyday life. In children, anxiety can shows up in various ways which include worries, fear of separation, and fear of specific things etc. Most of the time parents get worried about how to deal with this problem. There are many effective parenting tips for anxiety issues to help children deal with it. Let’s consider some of the points.

Ask them to face his/ her fear

So, schedule the time for your child to play outdoor games, play sports, include them in yoga and meditation act, listen to music and have a get-together with their friends. These activities not only entertain them but also take away from their problems.

This way they will have some knowledge to accept and challenge themselves to find the best solution to their problems.
