Type O

This blood group resembles that of cave dwellers, who were too strong and had hard life defending themselves from predators. You are strong, athletic so high intensity workouts like running and interval training are for you, and Paleo diet seems to be the best for you.

Type B

Best workouts for you are lower impact ones such as group cardio workouts, cycling, tennis, and resistance training. Coming to your diet, meat, fresh vegetables, and fruits are for you. Your blood group allows you to enjoy dairy products as well.

Type A

You belong to the race of ancient farmers, who used to get indulged in slow and less intensive activities. Therefore, intense exercises are not for you, or else be ready for experiencing muscle fatigue and stiffness owing to an increase in the stress hormone cortisol in your body. Do yoga and isometric exercises and concentrate on a vegetarian diet, including whole grains, vegetables, fresh fruits, or a fish occasionally.

Type AB
